Changelog.

Two logs, one history. Both are generated by scripts/release.mjs from the commit messages on main — along with the version number, the git tag and the GitHub release. Neither is written by hand, and a hand-edit is overwritten by the next release.

Rendered from CHANGELOG.md at the repository root, so this page and the file can never disagree. Each line is one commit; the code in brackets is its short hash.
